Microdosing Clinical Trial
The purpose of this clinical research study is to explore the potential relationship between psychedelic microdosing and women’s mental health, with a particular focus on postpartum depression and anxiety, as well as the emotional and psychological challenges that may accompany perimenopause, menopause and postpardum.
Growing interest in psychedelic microdosing has sparked important conversations about its potential influence on mood, emotional well-being, stress management, and overall quality of life. Many people are curious about whether taking very small amounts of psychedelic substances may affect their daily experiences, emotional resilience, focus, and ability to navigate life’s challenges.
Although some individuals report positive personal experiences with microdosing, scientific evidence regarding its safety, effectiveness, and long-term effects remains limited. Further research is needed to better understand these experiences, evaluate potential benefits and risks, and distinguish measurable outcomes from individual perceptions and expectations.

The goal of this clinical research trial into the experiences of women who use mushroom-infused supplements containing naturally occurring psilocybin and other tryptamines, with a particular emphasis on postpartum mental health and the transitions associated with perimenopause and menopause.
By working with established manufacturers, our goal is to better understand the products participants use, their reported experiences, and the questions that warrant further scientific investigation.
Our approach seeks to bring together emerging public interest and evidence-based scientific inquiry, contributing to a more informed understanding of women’s mental health and wellness during significant hormonal and life transitions.
Eligible participants may receive complimentary mushroom chocolate products as part of their involvement, subject to the study protocol, applicable regulations, and informed-consent requirements.
Through this research, we hope to contribute to a growing body of knowledge about psychedelic microdosing and women’s mental health, while identifying important questions for future studies.
Our mission is to encourage thoughtful, responsible, and scientifically grounded exploration of emerging approaches to women’s well-being. By prioritizing participant safety, transparency, and rigorous research, we aim to help advance understanding in this evolving field.
